Bringing CVP CallServer gracefully out of service
Bringing the CVP Voice Browser gracefully out of service will prevent new calls from entering the Voice Browser, but will allow calls in progress to complete normally
- From VBAdmin, ‘SetServiceMode out’.
- Montior the ‘Calls in Progress’ statistic using the ‘sss’ command from VBAdmin.
- Wait for ‘Calls in Progress’ go to 0
- When CVP Voice Browser has restarted, ‘SetServiceMode in’ from VBAdmin to bring the Voice Browser back into service to start accepting new calls.
